Avalon is a mythical fantasy world completely unique in its design and playability, overseen by those who have achieved immortality. It is a land of legends in the making, magic and adventure, blow-by-blow combat and sophisticated politics between city-states with war a continuous possibility.
One of the very first MUDs Avalon is still developing and growing and its depth and complexity is beyond all others, though this can make it too great a challenge for those looking merely for entertainment.
